I am the owner of Colorado Cash For Keys. After 20 years in the mortgage and real estate industry, I recognized a need to help homeowners who did not fit the traditional mold of buying and selling with a Realtor, paying large commissions, doing expensive repairs to their homes, and waiting several months just to sell their home and move on in life.

We are not the typical “We Buy Houses” company. Instead, we focus our energy on helping home sellers solve unique problems.  My first goal is to provide a real practical solution.
